The culmination of a lot of hard work in Boherlahan bore fruit last night.
Boherlahan Dualla GAA club officially opened their new Astro turf facilities yesterday evening at the club grounds in the village.
The Mid Tipp club have spent approximately €700,000 to date with new state of the art facilities including floodlights, a 1km walkway, a second pitch and the new Astro turf facilities.
As well as providing all weather facilities there will also be a benefit to the local community.
Club member Philly Ryan explains how the project got off the ground.
Speaking to Tipp FM Sport in Boherlahan last night, club chairperson John Wardick said the development will benefit the wider community.
