They were speaking to the Irish Times after Aiken promotions said the council's 'matinee' proposal would not be feasible.
It outlined a possible resolution which would see 3 concerts go ahead on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, as well as two afternoon shows on Saturday and Sunday.

The council says that plan remains on the table.
