Appeal lodged against planned Nenagh development

Tipperary County Council granted planning permission earlier this month for 8 houses at Millersbrook on the Borrisokane Road.

The proposals from Brendan Galvin were first submitted to the local authority in mid-April of 2015.

A number of submissions and observations were lodged with the Tipperary County Council during the planning process.

Two submissions have now been made to An Bord Pleanala in relation to the development.

The state planning appeals board is due to issue a ruling by mid-August.
