Appeal lodged against South Tipp housing development

News Housing Tipperary County Council

An appeal has been lodged against the granting of planning permission for a housing development in South Tipp.

Rockspring Developments Ltd were given the go ahead by Tipperary County Council for 35 houses at Thomas Street in Clonmel last month.

However two third party appeals have now been submitted to An Board Pleanala.

The state planning appeals board is due to rule on the matter in early September.
