Appeal for information on missing Tipperary man

An appeal has been launched for information on a missing Tipperary man.

Will Tiernan, from Coolbawn, Nenagh, was last seen at around 2.20am on CCTV in John’s Square area of Limerick city on Tuesday 12 December following a night out with work colleagues.

Mr Tiernan works as a psychiatric nurse with the HSE and was with friends at the Icon nightclub on Monday night.

He was later spotted on CCTV outside Nancy Blake’s on Denmark Street at around 1.10am and then at the John’s Square area in the city at around 2.20am.

His disappearance has been described as completely out of character and a wide scale social media campaign has been launched in the hopes of tracing him.
