Anti-household charge protest at Council meeting

A picket is being held outside the offices of North Tipp County Council today.

Up to 30 protestors, supported by Councillor Billy Clancy and Independent Deputy Seamus Healy, have targeted the September meeting of North Tipp County Council, to protest against the household charge.
 
Councillor Billy Clancy described as constant, the scare tactics being employed by the Government.
