A major operation took place in Clonmel this morning involving the local authority and Gardaí.
It’s understood a number of horses were removed from land on the N24 – Frank Drohan Road in the Glenconnor area.
A large Garda presence was observed at the scene shortly after 5am together with a number of horse boxes.
