Two Tipperary properties have been sold at the latest Allsopp Space auction in Dublin today. 

A former pub in Carrick-on-Suir was sold for 37 and a half thousand euro, it had a reserve of 10 thousand…

The Sheebeen Pub at the junction of New Street and Castle Street was not viewed prior to today's sale due to health and safety fears about the building.

A second Tipperary property in Templemore was sold prior to today's sale – the mid terrace building on the main street in the town was bought for an undisclosed sum. 

In all there are 81 houses in the sale, the highest number ever for an Allsopp sale.
