Tipperary food producers taking part in Bloom Gardening festival

Six food producers from Tipperary are exhibiting at the Bloom gardening festival in Dublin.

It’s on in the Phoenix Park with thousands expected to attend each day over the long weekend

It’s also celebrating the best of Irish food with more than a hundred of the country’s top producers there including:

Cooleeney Cheese Farm from Thurles; Cahir-based Oakpark who make award winning sliced bacon, gammon, and pudding; Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemaker, from Fethard who’re best known for Cashel Blue: Clonmel’s Rivesci chilli oils; Blanco Niño, which produces world-class, traditionally made tortillas and tortilla chips in Clonmel; and O’Donnells Crisps.
