Tipp farm leader discusses budget with Finance Minister

Tipperary farmers had their concerns well represented at a meeting between the ICMSA and Minister for Finance Paschal Donohoe this week.

Their pre-budget meeting was held to press for a solution to what the ICMSA describe as the destructive ‘Boom and Bust cycles’ in farming.

One of the main items on the agenda was the excessive price and the income volatility for farmers.

Deputy President Pat McCormack – who farms at Greenane in Tipperary – explains more.
