South Tipperary IFA is hosting an Information Evening to tell local farmers how to use solar energy to their advantage.
It’s happening this evening from 7.30pm on Pat and Annette Carroll’s farm at Garrandee, New Inn

Speakers will show how rooftop solar can reduce energy bills, lower emissions, and contribute to farm sustainability.
They’ll explain how Solar can be integrated into farm operations, including dairy, tillage, and mixed enterprises.
The evening will also provide details on the TAMS solar grant, Under TAMS, which gives eligible farmers up to 60% back on their costs.
