Adaptation Grant funding confirmed for Tipp local authorities.

Local Authorities in Tipperary have received over €1.6 million for Housing Adaptation Grants this year.

€1 million has been allocated to South Tipperary County Council while North Tipp is getting almost €532,000.

Local Labour Minister Alan Kelly says its a significant increase when compared to the initial funding allocated to the county in 2013 – however further monies were made available later in the year.
