More than 100 heavily-armed officers stormed the apartment early yesterday in search of Abdelhamid Abaaoud, who had previously been thought to be in Syria.
But the operation “neutralised” a terror cell that was “ready to act”, according to Paris prosecutor Francois Molins who's confirmed two suspects were killed.

Meanwhile a Muslim woman has been wounded with a box cutter in Marseille in an apparent revenge attack following the terrorist killings in Paris.
A Jewish teacher has also been stabbed in the city by three men claiming to be supporters of IS.
The attacks have been described as “cowardly” by France's interior minister.
