Patients from Tipperary are making up a large proportion of the 477 being treated on trolleys at hospitals across the country today.
University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected – the facility which caters for patients from North Tipp, Clare and Limerick has 50 people without beds according to the INMO.

South Tipp General in Clonmel has 34 while 46 people who have been admitted to Cork University Hospital are being treated on trolleys.
