There are almost 80 people without beds in hospitals serving the people of Tipperary.
University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected with 60 people awaiting beds.
Meanwhile, in South Tipperary General Hospital there are 16 on trolleys and 2 in Nenagh hospital.
Nationally, 559 patients are waiting on trolleys at hospitals across the country.
