7 men accused of an aggravated burglary near Killenaule sent foward

All seven men with addresses in Dublin appeared before Cashel District Court today in relation to the incident at the home of Mark and Emma Cocoran and their three young daughters at Burnchurch on the 21st of November last.

They are charged with aggravated burglary, false imprisonment, possession of a shotgun and a handgun for the purposes of committing a crime, stealing a car in Kilkenny on the night of the raid and stealing the Corcoran's family car.

They have all been returned for trial at the sittings of the Circuit Criminal Court in Clonmel, starting on July 15.
