A 20 year old man has appeared in court in Dublin charged in connection with a fatal attack in Tallaght on New Year_ s Day.

Ross Callery of Westpark Estate, Tallaght is accused of violent disorder at the footbridge at St Dominic_ s Road in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
20 year old Dale Creighton died at Beaumont hospital yesterday afternoon from head injuries suffered in an attack by a group in Tallaght at around 4am on New Year_ s Day.
Today Ross Callery was the third person to appear in court in connection with the assault on a charge of violent disorder.
A fourth person – a 23 year old man is due to appear in court this afternoon in connection with the attack while 3 more men remain in garda custody for questioning.
