A Garda investigation is underway after a three year old boy was stabbed to death in a Dublin apartment.
Emergency services were called to the scene at the Riverside apartment block in the Poddle Park area of Kimmage at around 7 o’clock yesterday evening.

A woman in her forties was taken to St James Hospital with knife wounds.
The scene remains sealed off this morning and forensic examinations are taking place.
