120 people on trolleys in Tipp and Limerick

University Hospital Limerick and South Tipp General have topped the trolley figures today with a total of 120 patients without beds across the two hospitals.

70 of these are in Limerick with 50 in Clonmel.

According to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation there are 604 patients waiting for beds in hospitals around the country today.
