Its day 100 for the 32 workers who are continuing their sit-in at the Vita Cortex plant in Cork.
The workers are protesting in a row over redundancy payments with management and employers including Tipperary's John Ronan.
Management and Employees have accepted an invitation from the LRC to enegage in a mediation process.
However this is the third time that the LRC has intervened in the dispute since the sit-in began last December.
