Tipp Today – Wednesday January 24th 2018

In the first hour of this morning’s Tipp Today we spoke with Irish Mail on Sunday Political Editor and Author John Lee about Fianna Fail’s meeting on abortion and the Disclosures Tribunal.We then discussed Family Carers Ireland’s new funding to support carers following a bereavement and spoke to Cyber Smarties about the safety of children online. We then had our Nutrition Slot with Ann Darcy.

In the second hour of this morning’s Tipp Today we spoke to Brent Pope about the upcoming Tipp FM Health and Wellbeing Expo. We discussed Irish Rail’s new campaign targeting pregnant women and spoke to Michael O’Donoghue about his upcoming play ‘Dolly West’s Kitchen’. We also spoke to Siobhan Ambrose in relation to the Musical Capital scheme and the road issue.

In the final hour of this morning’s Tipp Today we were joined by Nicki Veasy from the animal rescue group ‘Mo Chara’ . We then spoke to Roisin O’Grady about the upcoming talk in Cahir Castle. We also spoke to author Aoife McElwain about her new book ‘Slow at Work’.
