I’m Lynda, and I am the new producer of Tipp Today with Fran Curry.
I am 23-years-old, I recently started in Tipp FM, which means I now have a 40 minute commute to work. This is a huge change for me, I am up earlier in the mornings leaving my home around 6.30 am and home much later in the evenings . I’m finding I have no energy, I’m always tired and have zero motivation when I get home from work. It really does not help that I ate all around me at Christmas. My main problem is my weight fluctuates, if I have an event coming up I am really good to lose weight however after that I have no motivation. I go to the gym a few times a week, try to eat healthy but on weekends all that goes out the window, I head out or eat out with friends, eat what I want and spend most of my weekends doing very little.
I am looking forward to working with Jola. I know she will motivate me to get back on track. I want to regain my fitness – no goals or deadline of an event – change my lifestyle and be a healthier me.
