Warnings of no unnecessary journeys as Beast approaches

People across the county are being reminded not to make unnecessary journeys during the cold snap.

Council Crews will be out salting routes throughout the week – members of the public are advised to be aware of severe weather alerts from Met Éireann and take necessary precaution.

Officials at Tipperary County Council are reminding people to check the councils website for a list of roads that WILL be salted.

Tipp/Cashel municipal district Engineer Aidan Finn says people need to be careful.
