Warning for Tipperary road users as nights draw in

With darker evenings and poor weather conditions Tipperary motorists are being encouraged to check their lights.

The clocks went back over the weekend meaning more people will be on the roads of the Premier County in the hours of darkness.

If you are taking to the roads this Bank Holiday Monday you can expect an increased Garda presence as they monitor speeding and drink driving.

Thurles based Inspector James White had this advice for people taking to the roads.
