A motorist is facing court after being stopped by the Tipperary Roads Policing Unit in the Nenagh area.
They were transporting an unsecured load of alloy wheels and tyres on the back of a car-transporter.

The Garda Mobility App also highlighted the fact that the driver was an unaccompanied learner driver who was also uninsured.
The vehicle was also seized by Gardaí.
