48 people admitted to University Hospital Limerick are without a bed today.
This makes it the most overcrowded facility in the country today according to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation.

This is despite the cancellation of all elective and scheduled care across the whole UL group including Nenagh General.
In all there are 388 patients being cared for on trolleys or chairs in Irish hospitals today including 12 at TUH in Clonmel and 2 in Nenagh.
