Tipp’s Lee Grace nominated for League of Ireland Player of the Year award

A Tipperary man has been nominated for the League of Ireland Men’s Player of the Year award.

Carrick-on-Suir’s Lee Grace has made the three-man shortlist for the award, for his performances with Shamrock Rovers during the 2023 season.

The 31-year-old featured prominently at centre-back for the Tallaght side and has been nominated alongside Chris Forrester of St. Pat;s and Shelbourne’s Jack Moylan.

The winner will be announced next week with the award being presented at the Aviva Stadium ahead of Ireland’s Nations League game against Finland on November 14th.
