Tipperary town hills to get entrance upgrade

Locals in Tipperary town can look forward to an upgrade to a much-loved public amenity.

Funding of €114,000 has been made available for a revamp of the entrance to the Tipperary Hills, as part on an ongoing improvement plan.

The work is now out for tender, and will go ahead once a contractor is appointed.
