Tipperary TD welcomes ending of Jobpath scheme

The winding down of Jobpath and Turas Nua is a welcome development according to a Tipperary TD.

Deputy Mattie McGrath has described the Jobpath scheme as coercive and patronising.

Employment support will continue with the programme, but no additional clients will be referred.

Deputy McGrath says it’s due to wind down by the end of the year.
