Tipperary motorists are being asked to abide by speed limits while out and about this bank Holiday weekend.

6 people have lost their lives on the roads of the Premier County so far this year – with 2 in the last week alone.

Gardaí will be out in force over the coming days for both speeding and drink driving.

Inspector Eddie Golden says it’s up to each of us to play our part when it comes to road safety.
