Tipp hurlers’ Spanish training camp went ahead after “consideration of travel guidance”

Tipperary County Board say they decided to go ahead with a foreign training camp for the senior hurlers after careful consideration.

There’s been some criticism from the public over the fact that the team this week flew out to a camp in Spain.

However, responding today, the board says they decided to allow the camp to go ahead following “consideration of travel guidance” and the relevant protocols.
