Tipp hopes high for Cheltenham Festival

Ireland’s leading lady rider admits she’ll head to the Cheltenham Festival with everything crossed she can achieve her ambition and ride a winner.

Tipperary’s Rachel Blackmore impressed when winning on Patrick’s Park at the Dublin Racing Festival at the start of the month and heads to Britain well aware her counterpart, Bryony Frost, will be much in the headlines.

Now the Killenaule native can only wait and hope for a strong book of rides for the four day Festival which starts on March 13th.
