Tipperary people looking for tips to get fit and improve their overall health will descend on the Clonmel Park Hotel today for the Tipp FM Health and Wellbeing Expo.
There’ll be 30 exhibitors, workshops, exercise classes and free health screening for attendees.

There’ll be talks throughout the day with a number of influential speakers – such as rugby pundit and former player Brent Pope speaking about mental wellbeing, former Tipp senior hurling manager Professor Eamon O’ Shea who’ll speak on living with dementia, and UL’s social media officer Tony Sheridan speaking on the impact of social media on mental health.
