A number of childcare providers around Tipperary will close next Wednesday as part of a national day of protest.
This is in response to what the sector describe as a lack of action from the Government on supports, pay rates, insurance and an over abundance of paper work.

A Nenagh based childcare provider, Stephanie Kennedy, spoke on Tipp Today earlier about why they are doing the protest and how the industry is in dire straits.
