A young Tipperary boy has won the Munster Young Carer of the Year award.
Jack Cooney from Derrygrath near Clonmel looks after his older brother James who has Cerebral Palsy.

16 year old James goes to Scoil Aonghusa in Cashel while Jack is a pupil at Rathkeevan National School.
Earlier this month 10 year old Jack was honoured as Tipperary’s first ever Young Carer of the Year.
He’s been telling us about how he helps his Mum and Dad look after James.
