The Book of Evidence has been served against a former student accused of dangerous driving causing death in Thurles.
Sean Fitzpatrick of Killpurcell, Ballybrophy in County Laois has been charged over the death of 20-year-old Adam Kirwan on March 2nd 2023.

Both men were students at the local Mary Immaculate St Patrick’s Campus at the time.
The Book of Evidence was originally expected to be served in June but it was not ready at that stage so an adjournment was given until this week.
However it has now been served and Mr Fitzpatrick is due to appear again before Nenagh Circuit Court on the 8th of October.
