Tendering process said to be leading to Tipperary job losses

The problem has been highlighted by Fianna Fáil TD Jackie Cahill who cited the situation at the Garda College in Templemore as an example.

Speaking in the Dail Deputy Cahill said the current rules need to change as there is too much bureaucracy involved.
