The Army bomb disposal unit has been called in following the discovery of a suspect device in Clonmel.
Gardaí have cordoned of a section of road in the Old Bridge area.

Motorists are being advised to avoid the area between the Grotto and Drohans Forge as Gardaí deal with the incident.
