A former Tipp All Ireland winner says the Premier benefitted greatly from their training week in Alicante last week.
Their 13 point win over Cork earned them a League quarter-final game against Dublin in Semple Stadium next Saturday evening.

Speaking to Stephen Gleeson on Tipp FM’s Extra Time last evening Paddy Stapleton said Tipp’s performance against the Rebels last Sunday showed that the trip was worthwhile.
