419 patients who have been admitted to hospitals across the country are waiting for beds today.

This is down from 456 yesterday.

According to the INMO Trolley Watch report 64 of these are at University Hospital Limerick making it the most overcrowded.

A further 22 are being cared for on trolleys at South Tipp General in Clonmel.
