The services provided by a voluntary housing group in Clonmel are set for a welcome expansion.
F.H.I.S.T has been granted permission for six additional sheltered dwelling units on their site at Morton Street in the town.

The works would entail the demolition and removal of the remains of the existing building and alterations to the existing sheltered housing building.
The new units will be will be accessed from the existing F.H.I.S.T. house and will share its communal facilities.
