A man has been seriously injured following a crash on the N24 in Tipperary.
The single vehicle collision occured at Lacken, Kilshane on the Bansha side of Tipperary, approximately one mile from the town.

The crash occurred just after 4.40 this morning.
The road remains closed and diversions are in place
Motorists coming from Tipp town will be directed right at Cordangan and over the mountain road, while traffic coming towards Tipp from Bansha will be directed along the back of Kilshane.
Gardai are warning that the roads on the diversion route are narrow, but a one way system will be in place.
