The number of patients waiting on trolleys for beds at U-H-L continues to fall.
The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation says there are 20 patients admitted to the hospital which serves north Tipperary today with no beds.

That’s more than 100 lower than the figure of 127 this two weeks ago which prompted management to cancel all non-urgent scheduled care across the whole hospital group including at Nenagh General.
However the overcrowding is continuing at TUH in Clonmel with 18 patients on trolleys in the local Emergency Department.
The INMO says there’s 338 nationwide with Tallaght the worst affected at 33.
