Public meeting in Aglish tonight to discuss roads

A meeting is taking place in Aglish this evening to highlight the ongoing problems with road conditions in the area.

The Lower Ormond Roads Action group are urging people to attend in order to discuss how they can highlight the problems with potholes and uneven surfaces.

A number of local residents have reported car and tyre damage as a result of driving on roads in the Lower Ormonde area.

Patrick Hogan from the Action group says there needs to be more transparency from the Council on where roads funding is being spent
