Prestigious award for Tipp food producer

A traditional pudding company in Tipperary has been recognised with an award in this year’s Irish Food Writers Guild Awards.

The recipe for the Inch House Traditional Black Pudding has been passed down through four generations and the company still use a traditional method using all Irish locally sourced ingredients.

Máirín Byrne spoke to Tipp FM News after she accepted the award in Dublin and said the recipe has been passed down from mother to daughter for years.
