A planning application has been lodged by Gerry Carew for a change of use for a retail outlet at 6/7 Davis Street near the junction with Mitchell Street.
The project would require minor works and decoration and would also include converting a garage and workshop area into a private art studio.

Tipperary County Council is due to rule on the proposals by mid-July.
