Plans for a housing development in Carrick on Suir have been rejected by Tipperary County Council.
Locally based DSB Masonry Ltd Construction had lodged an application for 9 houses on the Cregg Road last November.

The council requested further information from the developer earlier this year which was submitted late last month.
Following this the planning authority has refused permission for the houses at Knocknaconnery.
