Pair due in court for causing a nuisance and obstruction in Clonmel

Two men were arrested in Clonmel yesterday for what Gardaí describe as persistent begging.

The pair – one in his early 20s and one in his mid-50s – are also said to have been causing an obstruction and nuisance to shoppers in the centre of the town

Both men are due before Cashel District Court today in connection with the offences.
