Over one hundred thousand households are still without power this morning, while 48 thousand thousand homes have no water.

Meanwhile, it’s back to the classroom today for children across Tipperary – after a two-day closure due to Storm Ophelia.

Bus Éireann is resuming over 6 thousand school transport services this morning.

It says little or no disruption is anticipated.
