The Tipperary woman who was killed in a car crash this week will be laid to rest this Saturday.

Denise O’Meara of Ballingear, Portroe, aged 33, died after a collision involving a car and a van on the N80 in Ballintrane, Co. Carlow just before 6pm on Monday evening.

2 people have been killed in road traffic collisions in Tipperary so far this year.

Requiem Mass for Denise will take place in St Mary’s Church, Portroe on Saturday at 12 noon before she is laid to rest in Castletown Graveyard, Castlelough.
